A Los Angeles based fitness expert and life strategist for over 30 years, Andrea spent over a decade testing and codifying her real-world, “total lifestyle” approach to physical and mental fitness into her “5 Life Strategies,” the foundational underpinning of the AND/life™ brand. 

A learnable, actionable set of principles to help people lift their lives, Andrea’s 5 Life Strategies inform her proven Shape Up: Body & Mind program, AND/life Ignite holistic wellbeing for groups, and engaging keynotes and live events.
